What it does
The notifications panel keeps you on top of mentions, task updates, document signatures, social calendar approvals, sharing invites, and other workspace activity. A bell icon in the top bar shows your unread count and a quick dropdown of the latest items, with a full page for searching and managing the rest.
Who can use it
Everyone signed in. You only ever see notifications addressed to you — filtered by your user account and active organization.
How to get here
The bell icon sits in the top bar of every page. Click for the quick dropdown. View all notifications at the bottom (or main menu) for the full page.
Step-by-step: checking notifications from the bell
Look at the bell. Red badge shows unread count (or 99+).
Click the bell. Dropdown opens with latest 10 unread.
Header: unread count or You're all caught up.
Each row: icon, title, summary, time ago.
Click any row to jump to where it happened. Marked read automatically.
Mark all read in the dropdown header to clear.

Open via View all notifications or main menu.

Two filters:
All / Unread toggle.
Category pills: Mentions, Tasks, Social, Doc Sign, Chat, Sharing, Scheduling, Billing, Security, System. All categories to show every type.
Items grouped by day: Today, Yesterday, Older.
Click any row to jump. Marked read automatically.
Load more for older items.

FAQ
Can I delete a notification permanently?
No manual delete. Older notifications fade out automatically.
Marked something as read by accident.
Switch filter from Unread to All. Can't revert to unread, but the link still works.
Why am I getting notifications I don't want?
Open Account Settings → Notifications and turn off categories.
Unread count different in bell vs page?
Should match. Refresh page once if out of sync.
Email digest instead?
Email delivery set per category. No rollup digest — emails arrive event-by-event when toggled on.
