Lets you create job postings, publish them on your public careers page, and manage everyone who applies — from first application all the way to offer and hire. AI can help you write the job description in seconds.

Who can use it

  • Founders and anyone with Jobs permissions.

  • Read-only members can browse but not post or change stages.

  • Public job seekers can view your live jobs and apply through your careers page without a Nautis account.

How to get here

From the sidebar, open Human Resources and click Jobs & Recruitment.

Step-by-step: create and publish a job posting

  1. Click Create New.

  2. Job creation page with required fields marked with red asterisk.

  3. Basic Information: Job Title, Job Description (or click Generate for AI), Number of Positions, Experience Level, Minimum/Maximum years.

  4. Job Details: Job Type, Workplace Type, Industry, optional Application Deadline.

  5. Required Skills: search and add. Type new ones for custom.

  6. Compensation: Minimum/Maximum Salary, Currency. Toggle Hide salary package if private.

  7. Attachment: optional PDF/Word.

  8. Click Publish or Save as draft.

Step-by-step: share your jobs publicly

  1. Copy Link on the dashboard to grab your careers page URL.

  2. Careers Page button opens it in a new tab.

  3. Anyone with the link can browse Published roles and apply (no account needed).

Step-by-step: view applications and the candidate pipeline

  1. Click the eye icon on a job row.

  2. Open Applications tab.

  3. Kanban board with six columns: Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected.

  4. Drag cards between columns to update stage. Or click a card → Update status.

  5. Click cards for resume, cover letter, contact, team notes.

Step-by-step: move a candidate forward

  1. Open candidate card. Add Notes.

  2. Interviews tab to schedule rounds: Schedule Interview with date, time, panel.

  3. Panellist records Feedback.

  4. Drag to Offer → Nautis prompts Send Offer.

  5. Drag to HiredConvert to employee. Adds to HR Management with info pre-filled.

Step-by-step: edit, archive, or unpublish a job

  1. Pencil icon to edit.

  2. Archive icon to take down (pick a reason). Stays in Unpublished tab.

  3. Restore from Unpublished.

Step-by-step: review job analytics

  1. Analytics icon on row, or Jobs Analytics from header.

  2. Views, application counts, conversion rates by stage, trends.

Tips & limits

  • Save as draft while iterating — only Published jobs appear on careers page.

  • Generate button uses AI credits.

  • Custom skills save for next time.

  • Setting an Application Deadline auto-closes the job.

  • Each new application sends a notification.

FAQ

Where does my careers page live?

At nautis.app/careers/your-organization-slug. Use Copy Link.

Can I require a cover letter or extra questions?

Default form asks for name, email, phone, resume, cover letter. No custom questions yet.

Why can't I click "Create New"?

No permission, or email not verified. Verify in Account SettingsProfile.

Can I move a candidate back to an earlier stage?

Yes — drag in either direction. Nautis confirms before pulling out of Offer or Hired.

Does archiving a job notify candidates?

No — archiving hides the role. Use Reject to close out candidates.

Can I post the same job to multiple organizations?

Job postings live inside one org. Switch the Organization picker before creating.
