What it does
Nautis GTM Planner is your go-to-market control room. Inside each GTM workspace you build a strategy (customer, positioning, value, pricing), turn it into a 30/60/90 roadmap, run a kanban board of tasks, design experiments, and track the metrics that matter — all in one connected place.
Who can use it
Any teammate whose role has the GTM permission enabled.
The GTM Planner module must be turned on for your organization.
Each workspace has a Shared Access list — only people on that list (plus admins) can open it.
How to get here
From the sidebar, open Strategy & Planning and click GTM Planner.
Step-by-step: create a workspace
Click New Workspace in the top-right.
Enter a Workspace name.

Click any workspace card to open it.
To rename or update access, click the pencil icon on the card.

FAQ
Should I use Builder or edit the Strategy tab directly?
Builder for a first draft. Strategy tab for polish and ongoing updates. Both edit the same data.
What happens when I "Convert selected" tasks?
Copied to the Tasks board in the Backlog column. Roadmap entries stay intact.
How does the health score work?
Blends task completion and fresh metric snapshots.
Can I move a workspace to a different organization?
No. Workspaces belong to the org where they were created.
Why can't I open a teammate's workspace?
Either not on its Shared Access list, or your role lacks GTM permission.
Can I export the strategy?
Yes — there's a PDF export button inside the Strategy tab.
