What it does
Lets you save, organize, and find important links — for your team or just yourself. Group them in folders, pin or favorite the ones you reach for daily, and share with teammates.
Who can use it
Anyone in your organization with read access to the Bookmarks module.
Adding, editing, and deleting bookmarks need the matching permissions.
The feature must be enabled on your plan.
How to get here
From the sidebar, open Profile & Company and click Bookmarks.
Step-by-step: add a bookmark
Click Add at the top of the Bookmark Manager.
Paste the URL into the URL field. Nautis automatically tries to fetch the page title and description; if it doesn't fire, click Fetch Metadata.
Adjust the Title so it reads well in your list.
Add an optional Description to give your team context.
Pick a Folder if you've set one up.
Toggle Favorite to keep this link in your favorites list.
Toggle Pinned to make it appear in the Pinned section at the top of the page.
Use Shared Access to choose teammates who should also see this bookmark.
Click Save Bookmark.
The new bookmark shows up in your list right away.
Step-by-step: import a batch of links
If you already keep links in a browser bookmarks file:
Click Import at the top of the Bookmark Manager.
Pick the file from your computer.
Choose a folder to import into (optional).
Confirm. Nautis adds them in bulk.
Step-by-step: organize with folders
Click Folders at the top of the Bookmark Manager (or the + icon in the Folders section of the sidebar).
In the folder management dialog, create a new folder with a name and color.
Save.
To put a bookmark in a folder, edit the bookmark and pick the folder from the dropdown.
To filter by folder, click the folder name in the left sidebar. Use All bookmarks to see everything or Unsorted to find ones without a folder.
Step-by-step: search and filter
Type into the search box in the left sidebar to filter by title or description.
Click Favorites to show only favorited bookmarks.
Click any folder in the sidebar to scope the list.
Click the refresh icon to reload from the server.
Step-by-step: open a bookmark
Click anywhere on the bookmark card (or its title link) to open the URL in a new browser tab.
Step-by-step: edit, pin, favorite, or delete
Each bookmark card has icons and a menu for quick actions:
Toggle the star to add or remove from favorites.
Toggle the pin to move it into the Pinned section.
Open the action menu and choose Edit to update any field.
Open the action menu and choose Delete. Confirm in the Delete Bookmark dialog. This can't be undone.
Tips & limits
Pinned bookmarks always appear at the top of the page, separated from the rest.
Favorites is just a filter you can toggle from the sidebar — useful for a personal "read again" list.
Group bookmarks by client, investor, or launch milestone using folders.
If a teammate is in your Shared Access for a bookmark, they'll see it in their own bookmark list.
FAQ
Will the bookmark grab the page title automatically?
Yes. When you paste or type a URL, Nautis fetches the title and description in the background. If it doesn't, click Fetch Metadata.
What's the difference between pinning and favoriting?
Pinned bookmarks show up at the very top of the page in their own section, visible at a glance. Favorited bookmarks are a filter — click Favorites in the sidebar to see only those.
Can I share a bookmark with my whole team?
Use Shared Access in the bookmark form to pick specific teammates. They'll see the bookmark in their own list.
Can I import bookmarks from Chrome or Safari?
Use the Import button and pick a bookmarks file exported from your browser.
How do I delete a folder?
Open the Folders dialog and remove it from there. Bookmarks in the folder become unsorted; they're not deleted.
