What it does
Signs you into your Nautis account so you can reach your dashboard, organizations, pitches and plans. You can sign in with your email and password, or with a connected social account.
Who can use it
Anyone who has already created an account through sign-up or accepted an invitation.
If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, you'll also need your 6-digit code.
How to get here
Open the Nautis website and click Sign in, or visit the login page directly. If you try to open any logged-in page while signed out, you'll be sent here automatically.
Step-by-step: sign in with email and password
Type your Email in the first field.
Type your Password in the second field. Click the eye icon if you want to peek at what you've typed.
(Optional) Tick Keep me logged in if you trust the device. This keeps your session active for longer.
Click Sign in.
We land you on your dashboard. If you're an admin or support agent, you go to the backoffice dashboard instead.
Step-by-step: sign in with Google or LinkedIn
At the top of the form, choose Linkedin or Google.
Sign in to that provider in the pop-up window and approve the permissions.
If you already have a Nautis account linked to that email, you're signed in straight away.
If you don't have an account yet, we send you to the sign-up page with your name and email pre-filled. Finish the steps to create your organization. See Sign up.
Step-by-step: sign in when 2FA is on
Enter your email and password as usual and click Sign in.
The page switches to Two-Factor Authentication.
Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and find the 6-digit code for Nautis.
Type the 6 digits into the Verification Code field.
Click Verify.
You're signed in and taken to your dashboard.
For full setup details, see Two-factor authentication.
Step-by-step: I forgot my password
Below the password field, click Forgot password?.
Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
See the full walkthrough in Forgot or reset your password.
Tips & limits
Keep me logged in keeps you signed in for an extended session — leave it unticked on shared or public computers.
If you've just signed up and verified your email, you'll see a success message at the top of the login form the next time you visit it.
If you signed up with social login, always use that same button to sign back in — don't try to create a password unless you've set one through the change-password flow.
FAQ
I get "Invalid credentials" but I'm sure my password is right. What now?
Double-check the email — small typos are easy to miss. If the password really is wrong, click Forgot password? to reset it.
The page says "Email not verified". What does that mean?
You signed up but never finished verifying your email. Sign up again with the same address, or contact your administrator — your account stays in an unverified state until you enter the 6-digit code we emailed you.
The page says "Your account has been banned." What can I do?
A Nautis admin has suspended your account. Contact support for help.
I see "Complete your signup" after clicking a social button. Why?
You don't have an account yet. We pre-fill your name and email from Google or LinkedIn and ask you to choose an organization name to finish creating your account.
Where do I land after signing in?
Most people go to /dashboard. Admins and support agents go to the backoffice dashboard. If you opened a deep link before signing in, we send you back there.
Can I stay signed in across browser restarts?
Yes — tick Keep me logged in before signing in.
