What it does
One go/no-go fundraise readiness score. Nautis reads the signals you already have — your pitch deck, data room, financials, traction, investor pipeline, and profile — and combines them into a single 0–100 score with a verdict, a seven-category breakdown, a ranked list of gaps, and an optional AI read on how investors are likely to see you. It's read-only: it never changes your other modules.
Who can use it
Read permission to see the report; update to recompute, tune weights, or generate the AI investor read.
Only the AI investor read uses AI credits; the score itself is free.

Seven drivers, each scored 0–100 and banded Strong / OK / Weak / Missing:
Pitch Deck — your best analyzed deck's readiness score.
Data Room — how many core investor documents exist (deck, financial model, cap table, business plan, legal docs, traction/KPIs).
Financials & Runway — runway from Startup Health, plus whether you have a financial model.
Traction & Growth — MRR and month-over-month growth.
Investor Pipeline — active investor conversations in the CRM.
Investor Fit — targeting profile completeness and best match score.
Founder Story — company narrative and team profile completeness.

What to fix next ranks gaps by impact, tagged Critical or Recommended. Each card deep-links to the module where you fix it. Do the work, then Recompute.
Step-by-step: the AI investor read
Click Generate (uses AI credits) for three columns: Target segments, Likely objections (with rationales), and Proof points. Regenerate refreshes it.
Step-by-step: tune the weights
Default weights: Pitch Deck 22, Financials & Runway 22, Traction 16, Data Room 14, Investor Pipeline 10, Investor Fit 10, Founder Story 6. Click Weights, drag sliders (must total exactly 100), and Save weights — the score recomputes immediately.

With two or more checks, Readiness over time charts your score against reference lines at Ready 75 and Almost 50. Nautis also recomputes nightly in the background (no credits used).
Tips & limits
The score only sees what's in Nautis — upload and analyze your deck, log health snapshots, and track investors in the CRM for an honest reading.
Recompute is limited to 10 runs per hour per organization.
Categories with no data score 0 and show Missing — your fastest score gain.
Runway under 6 months triggers a critical warning regardless of the rest.
FAQ
How is the score calculated?
Each category gets a 0–100 sub-score from your own data; the overall score is a weighted average (adjustable via Weights).
How do I improve fastest?
Work through What to fix next top-down — missing critical assets move the needle most.
Does the score update by itself?
Yes — it refreshes when your data changes, plus a nightly background check keeps the trend current.
Why does Data Room say documents are missing when I've uploaded files?
It looks for six core document types by name. Name folders and files recognizably and cover each category.
Does "Ready to raise" mean investors will say yes?
No — it means your fundraising fundamentals are assembled and defensible. It's a preparedness check, not a prediction.
