What it does

Upload your investor pitch deck as a PDF and Nautis runs an AI review across every slide. You get a readiness score, slide-by-slide feedback, storytelling and clarity notes, suggested investor questions, and a tracked link you can share with VCs.

Who can use it

  • Anyone in your organization with read access to the Pitch Decks module can browse decks.

  • Uploading needs create permission and a verified email.

  • The Pitch Deck Analyzer must be enabled, and AI features use AI credits.

How to get here

From the sidebar, open Pitching and click Pitch Deck Analyzer.

Step-by-step: upload a pitch deck

  1. Click Upload Pitch Deck.

  2. Drag your PDF or pick a file (PDF only, max 50MB).

  3. Edit the auto-filled title if you want.

  4. Pick Product Stage: Idea Stage, Pre Revenue, or Post Revenue.

  5. Click Upload & Process.

Status messages walk you through processing: Uploading → Converting slides → Extracting text → Running AI analysis. Larger decks take longer. Re-uploading the same PDF loads the cached analysis instantly.

Step-by-step: view the analysis

The header shows a circular Score out of 100 (color-coded), title, product stage, uploader, AI provider, upload date, and slide count.

  • Delete — only for not-yet-completed decks.

  • Refresh — pull fresh statuses.

Tips & limits

  • Max file size: 50MB. PDF only.

FAQ

How long does the AI analysis take?

Usually one to three minutes.

Why does the score feel harsh?

The AI grades against late-stage investor expectations. Pre-revenue decks usually score lower — that's normal. Look at Recommendations.

Can I edit the deck inside Nautis?

No. Edit in your slides tool and re-upload.

Will investors see the AI score?

Only if you toggle Show readiness score on. Off by default.

Can I track who has viewed my deck?

Yes — open the share dialog → Manage.

What if my deck has confidential numbers?

Mark Private, add strong passcode, short expiration, disable download, add watermark. Revoke when done.
