What it does
Tracks the people and companies you're selling to, partnering with, or otherwise want to convert. You organize them into pipelines (one per sales process, partnership track, or campaign), drag them through customizable stages, and see live numbers on pipeline value, win rates, and team performance.
This is the sales CRM — separate from the Investor CRM which is for fundraising. Use this for customers, partners, and commercial leads.
Who can use it
Anyone with read permission for Leads.
Creating/editing/deleting needs matching permission.

FAQ
How is this different from Investor CRM?
Investor CRM is for fundraising. This is for everything commercial — customers, partners, channel deals.
Can I have more than one pipeline?
Yes — one per sales process, region, product. One can be default.
Why can't I drag a card?
No update permission, or lead is locked (e.g., already Closed Won).
Can I import existing leads?
Yes — use the import option in pipeline actions.
Who can see my pipeline?
You, anyone in Shared Access, and anyone with Leads module permissions.
Does deleting a lead delete its contacts?
No. Contacts live in your Contacts module.
Can I export my pipeline?
Yes — table view → select rows → export menu → CSV.
