What it does

The Redeem page lets you activate a Nautis package using a code you've received — for example, an AppSumo lifetime deal code, a partner-issued promo code, or a custom code from our team. Once accepted, the code attaches the matching plan to one of your organizations.

Who can use it

  • You must be signed in and you must be the Owner of the organization you're redeeming against. Admins, members, and billing users can't apply a code — only the account creator (Owner) can change the organization's plan via a code.

  • You also need at least one organization. If you've just signed up but haven't created one yet, do that first.

How to get here

  1. Sign in to Nautis.

  2. Go to /redeem in your browser (e.g. https://app.nautis.com/redeem).

  3. The Redeem your code card appears.

If you click a redemption link from an email or partner site, it brings you straight to this page.

Step-by-step: apply a code

  1. On the Redeem your code card, type or paste your code into the Redemption Code field. The field auto-uppercases, so don't worry about the case of what you paste.

  2. If you belong to more than one organization, an Apply to organization dropdown appears. Pick the organization you want the code to upgrade. (If you only have one org, this step is skipped.)

  3. Click Redeem.

  4. On success, a green tick screen appears with You're in! and shows:

    • The name of the plan the code activated.

    • Either Lifetime access — enjoy! or Access until depending on the offer type.

  5. Click Go to Dashboard to start using the new plan immediately.

If something is wrong with the code, you'll see one of these messages instead:

  • "This code can't be redeemed." — the code is unknown, already used, revoked, expired, or its plan is no longer active.

  • "This offer has expired." — the whole offer (not just your code) has passed its end date.

  • "This offer has reached its maximum number of subscribers." — the limited-quantity deal has sold out.

  • "Your organization has already claimed this offer." — your org already redeemed a code from the same offer. Each offer can only be claimed once per org.

  • "You have already claimed this offer in another organization." — your account has already used this offer somewhere else. One claim per user, even across orgs.

  • "This organization already has an active subscription. Cancel it first to redeem." — your org is on a paid plan or in a trial. Cancel that subscription before redeeming.

  • "Too many redemption attempts. Please wait a moment and try again." — you've tried too many codes too quickly. Wait a minute and retry.

Step-by-step: redeem when you have multiple organizations

  1. Open the Redeem page. The form shows an extra Apply to organization dropdown above the Redeem button.

  2. Pick the organization from the list.

  3. Continue with the steps above.

Tip: choose carefully — once a code is redeemed against an organization, it's locked to that org and can't be transferred. The code's status flips from "unused" to "redeemed" in the same moment.

Step-by-step: redeem when you don't have an organization yet

  1. If your account doesn't belong to any organization, you'll see a red note:

"You need an organization before redeeming. Create one first."

  2. Go to Organizations in the top menu and click Create organization. Follow the prompts to set the name and basics.

  3. Come back to /redeem and apply the code as above. Your new org will now appear in the dropdown.

Tips & limits

  • Codes are case-insensitive — you can paste them in any case.

  • Codes are one-use only. Once redeemed, the same code cannot be used again by anyone.

  • Each offer can only be claimed once per organization and once per user account. This stops anyone from spinning up multiple orgs to stack the same deal.

  • An offer can have its own expiry date and a maximum number of redemptions — once those caps are reached, no further codes from that offer will work, even if your code is technically unused.

  • You can only redeem on an organization without an active subscription. If you're on a trial or paid plan, cancel it first and then come back to this page.

  • You can use the /redeem page repeatedly to apply different codes to different organizations — each org keeps its own subscription independently.

  • We rate-limit redemption attempts (a handful per minute per account and per network) to prevent abuse. If you're sure your code is right and you're getting blocked, wait a minute and try again.

FAQ

Where do I get a code?

Codes come from partner promotions (AppSumo and similar marketplaces), one-off campaigns the Nautis team runs, or directly from us if you've agreed a custom deal. We don't sell codes from inside the app.

Can I redeem an AI credits pack code or a storage pack code here?

No. The /redeem page is for full plan offers (e.g. lifetime deals, multi-month passes, recurring discounts). Top-ups for AI credits and storage are bought directly from the AI Usage and Storage Usage tabs respectively. See AI credits & usage and Storage usage.

Can I extend my trial with a code?

The redeem flow activates a package rather than extending the existing trial. If you redeem a plan code while on trial, you'll need to cancel the trial first; the code then replaces it with the redeemed plan.

What does "Lifetime access" mean?

A lifetime plan stays active without renewal — you keep the included features as long as your account exists. You'll see "Lifetime access — enjoy!" on the success screen and "Lifetime" beside your subscription afterwards.

I redeemed against the wrong organization — can you move it?

Codes are locked to the org once redeemed. Contact support if this happens; recovery is handled case-by-case.

My code says "can't be redeemed" but I'm sure it's new.

The error message is intentionally generic to prevent code guessing. Double-check that you copied the full code, that it hasn't been claimed by a teammate already, and that any offer-level expiry hasn't passed. If it still fails, contact the team that gave you the code.

Will I be charged when I redeem?

No — the redeem flow never asks for payment. If you see a checkout screen, you're in the wrong flow.
